I believe we all have a divine purpose. The gift and practice of yoga calls us to unlock our innate inner knowing and wisdom as a method for profound expansion and growth. My goal as an instructor is one that helps to facilitate and harness an elevated energy, offering an accessible and co-created space that works to nourish a deep connection with ourselves and the world around us.
I look forward to connecting and creating with you.

Certified Therapeutic Sound Practitioner
ryt 200We are all made of energy that moves and changes with our feelings. My work with therapeutic sound is focused on helping people find balance and peace within themselves. It's fascinating how sound, when used with purpose and intention, can aid our growth and bring us more peace. My goal is to create a welcoming, safe space where you can deeply connect with yourself and experience the positive energy of sound.
I look forward to the opportunity to meet you and share this journey, with the aim of bringing more gratitude, joy, and calm into your life.

At my core, I am an educator who is always learning. I am a primary teacher now exploring the realm of teaching yoga, of which I have been practicing for six years. I believe yoga helps us to momentarily cleanse the mind and release the outside world. My goal in our practice is to guide and learn alongside each other to accept our ever changing minds and bodies through any era of life.

I was introduced to yoga as a teenager and immediately noticed its myriad benefits for physical and mental health. After several years of sporadic practice, I felt a strong inner calling to deepen my commitment. The year 2019 marked the beginning of my journey to prioritize daily yoga asanas and explore the philosophical principles of yoga.
Throughout these years, I have been immensely grateful to witness how yoga has inspired me to lead a more fulfilling and interconnected life. As a teacher, my aspiration is to provide encouragement and love to others on their unique paths, including those just beginning their yoga journey.
